If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to training@sportsspecifics.co.uk and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. Sports Specifics does not suspend or cancel subscriber’s accounts, without prior notification to the subscriber. Your access to the Sports Specifics Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. Sports Specifics will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.
11. Special Offers
From time to time we may offer special offers on the website. These offers can be redeemed as many times while the offer is available to all traffic of the Sports Specifics Site.
12. Refund entitlement:
If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of joining the Sports Specifics Site you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of £9.99. Sports Specifics will keep this cancellation fee, as the fee for having analysed your Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) and created your online personal training program. For your own records, we advise you to keep a copy of any request sent. The suspension or cancellation of your subscription and your right to use the Sports Specifics Site shall not affect either party's rights or liabilities. Sports Specifics may suspend or cancel your subscription immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
13. Health - Caution in Use of the Site
Sports Specifics strongly recommends that you should seek medical advice before starting any exercise programme. The information on the Sports Specifics Site does not offer medical advice or act as a substitute for medical treatment.
